The Wonder Lab Project is a community interest company, serving the purpose of the community. We are about diversity, inclusion, equality, education and providing a safe space for children. We achieve this by proving after school club activities free of charge so children of primary school age, regardless of their background, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender or family financial situation are able to benefit from a positive, educational social activity.
We select science activity providers local to the schools we work with to provide 1 hour sessions.
Each session last about an hour. We provide a course of 5 sessions per school. Each session will have a different host in order to teach different subjects.
Subjects include Chemistry, Mechanics, Physics, Sustainability, Cosmetic formulation, Biotech and Astro-physics.
We are a grant funded organisation. We offer our activities to primary schools free of charge.
Our sessions are designed for children age 5 - 7 years.
The activities take place at the schools we work with, after school hours. Schools are welcome to book us for activities.
Please use the contact page to get in touch with us. We will aim to respond within 48hrs. We will then set up a meeting with the school.
We are based in South East England but we aim to cover the whole of England. We will do our best to provide our service to as many regions as possible.
