Toyin Sanyaolu

Director

Toyin Sanyaolu is the founder and director of The Wonder Lab Project, a community interest company dedicated to inspiring children through STEM and creative activities.

With years of experience as a Personal Assistant in wealth investment organizations and as a property management professional with the local authority, Toyin’s career has been one of adaptability and determination. She began her professional journey as a PA to the Director of HR in investment banking, but life changes led her to pivot into a new role in housing procurement with the local authority.

As a mother balancing career challenges, Toyin developed a passion for entrepreneurship. She channeled her housing management expertise into managing her own real estate ventures, taking her first steps into building a business. A creative and ambitious individual, Toyin realized that to take her business to the next level, she needed to fill the gaps in her knowledge. Returning to education, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery that would change the trajectory of her career.

While at university, Toyin found her voice and defined her "why"—the driving purpose behind her endeavors. These discoveries became the missing pieces in her business strategy, which she now applies to The Wonder Lab Project.

As an SME owner, Toyin is committed to using her experiences to empower children, helping them uncover their skills, talents, and passions. Through The Wonder Lab Project, she is creating opportunities for young people to explore STEM, creativity, and innovation, dedicating her career to shaping a brighter future for the next generation.
